A separate training process for suppliers
Security requirements do not end with employees. LearnHub also supports managed training for supplier staff, service partners and other external personnel.
The organisation selects the courses for a supplier and provides a registration link. Supplier personnel register themselves, automatically receive the selected training and obtain a certificate after completion. The internal administrator can continuously see who registered and whether the required courses were completed.

How are results documented?
Responsible roles can see progress, verification results and participant certificates. Certificate validity can also be verified externally, and the expiry date is shown on the certificate. Employees can therefore check their own certificate status.
Can suppliers be trained in LearnHub?
Yes. A supplier can receive a separate invitation with selected courses and limited registration and access validity. Supplier personnel register themselves, while the organisation retains a separate overview of progress and certificates.
