Contact form
When you submit the form, we process the information you provide: name, organisation, email address, approximate number of participants, preferred deployment and message. We use it to handle the enquiry, communicate with you and take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in maintaining communication records and protecting legal claims.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use self-hosted Umami analytics to measure visits and content use. Contact-form contents are not sent to analytics. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which can be withdrawn at any time through cookie settings. See the cookie policy for details.
Retention and recipients
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle it and continue related communication. If no contract follows, this is normally no longer than three years unless a longer period is necessary to protect legal claims. Contracted hosting, email and technical-support providers may access data only where necessary. We do not deliberately disclose data to advertising networks or transfer it outside the European Union.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Contact info@2radvisors.cz to exercise your rights.
